STEP 2 EVALUALTION

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

I the INVENTOR agrees to submit my product idea to Step2 Evaluation for an Objective Evaluation Report.

If Step2 reveals that the product idea is commercially viable based on its Evaluation Results, Step2 will provide an

Overseas Quote, Product Development and search for Retail Distribution.

In order to allay any fears, Step2 offers the following non-disclosure agreement in particular reference to my

herein described new product idea.

Name of Invention

This agreement is between Step2 Evaluation (herein called Step2) and INVENTOR known as:

Inventor's Full Name

INVENTOR confirms that, to the best of his or her knowledge, he or she is the originator of the subject product idea and has the full power to submit it for Step2's Evaluation.

Step2 confirms that it’s their policy not to show or talk about the invention outside of Step2’s Organization without express permission of the INVENTOR. Step2 also confirms by this agreement it will not use the information for its own advantage, without the express permission of the INVENTOR.

All information about the INVENTOR's idea shall remain Confidential except in the following circumstances:

1. If INVENTOR on his/her own discloses product information to the general public.
